Caitlin Freeman, the amazing pastry chef at the Blue Bottle Cafe in the San Francisco MoMA, has taken the art of commercialising art to a whole different level than Andy Warhol has: now you can eat desserts inspired by works of modern art in the museum cafe like this Mondrian Cake.

This and other desserts can also be found in her new book Modern Art Desserts.

Oh how I would fancy a slice of this right now. It would probably feel a bit like eating art history class.
